New/Altered Deck

We currently have a deck set on three levels whichtakes up a roughly 20m2 area, we'd like to alter the deck to be arournd 30m2 (i.e. roughly rectangular instead of the current offset shape) and at a single level so that we can make use of the area accordingly. Have checked the height and none of the area would be over 1.5m if all at the highest deck height. We would like to have a rail around the outside and set of steps down into the garden. We're also keen to look into better long-term options for materials.
