Replace window flashings, and some window sills and floor boards.
Job description
We have a 3 storey A-frame 1970's house with retro glass down either side. We've discovered leaks on both sides of the house when it rains, on multiple levels coming through due to damaged flashing and seals. The wooden flashing outside the yellow windows will need replacing, and some small areas of window sill and floorboards inside the house need repair/replacement due to rot. We already have a special roof ladder attached to the side of the house to access those windows.

Very very happy with Etahn's work. Communication was great, he managed to fit us in earlier than we expected, he explained everything really well and did a wonderful job. Very happy with his workmanship and the final cost too. Will definitely be saving his details to use for future projects and repairs around our place.
