New deck base

I'm looking for someone to lay the base framework for a new deck plus a couple of uprights for a pergola in my pool area. It's a very "70's" area, all concrete and cobbles, I will lift the cobbles to allow the framing to be laid on the existing concrete over most of the area. One part of it is on a currently grassed area
