Soft particle board under carpet needs removal &installed

After assessing the soft floor problems in the lounge, first bedroom and hallway. It’s clear the particle board flooring is failing and will break through soon and will need replacement. The first photo is the first bedroom and it shows the corner of the bed so just imagine a 1.2m board needing removal and replacement This includes a 1.2 m wide strip along the external wall of each room. Work will include; Furniture repositioning. Rolling up the carpet Cutting out the soft sections. Disposable of all debri. Installation of additional knogs for added long term strength. Installation of treated plywood flooring glued and screwed. Installation of the carpet. Repositioning of the furniture.
