Deck and Fences

We’re after a quote on putting up a couple of fences and a deck. We are after two separate quotes, based off the two top down photos. One where the fences only extend up to the hedge, and another where the fences run behind the hedge and completely enclose the back yard. I’ve done some (rather poor quality) drawings to show what we are picturing. The measurements are all included in the property sketch. For the purposes of the quote, the old wooden fence that runs up the south side of the property would be gone, as well as the tree stump. Also we would trim the far side of the hedge back up against the retaining wall if we had the fence shown in option two. I’ve tried to make things clear in the pictures, but I don’t think I’ve done a great job of it.
