Our job was viewed and quoted for within 2 days. The work was started and completed in the stated time frame. Matching (old style) skirting was located and fitted - an indication of 'going beyond' and attention to detail. Response to a request for clarification was very quick. Phone calls from Steve to keep us up-to-date with progress were appreciated.
