Deck (3.75x3.8m) with stairs and pagola
Job description
Need a new deck built, attached to the house, roughly 0.7m high, with entry and exit stairs, bench seat, privacy screen and handrail. See the plan for details. Dimensions are somewhat flexible. Deck edge needs to be framed, with sides covered. We have few other landscaping requirements such as planter boxes, mini retainer/edging, etc. Decking timber can be 140 pine. Would like to get a price with breakdown for deck (and stairs), seats, handrail and privacy screen.
