Kia ora, I am looking for someone to complete the follow bits of work: 1) rotted lower part of a window sill needs to be cut out and replaced. 2) flashing has come off the roof with the sail and needs to be screwed back in. 3) small section of Fascia / scillion needs Fixing 4) re-Screwinf and siliconing of garage roof to waterproof if.
