Creating crawl space access - underhouse + replace weatherboards

We are in need of a new crawl space access point so that underfloor installation can be fitted, unfortunately our current one has a pipe running through it. The house was made in 1945 , its exterior is weatherboards. There are some weatherboards that will likely need to be replaced at the same time depending on were the access point is cut in. We are wanting this work completed as soon as possible.

Blair did an amazing job, he exceeded expectations and repaired a couple of additional weatherboards+ wood surround our hose that we were not expecting. He was professional and communicated clearly. I would definitely use his services again.
