Floor board and cupboard replacement

We had a leak underneath our kitchen sink which has damaged the cupboards and floorboards beneath. As we were away while this happened and our subfloor is particle board - the damage to the flooring spread and the floor to sag a bit between the beams. This job may involve propping up the bench somehow to remove the cupboards below to replace the flooring - from our observation on the cupboard directly under the sink will need replacing. We would ideally like to have this done before the summer holidays i
