I have an inspection report on a property at Montana Place, Dinsdale. House has a balcony on the second story, 70's style. Need someone to quote on how much a new barrier/balustrade will be. And also re-do the decking timber (floor). The joists should be okay, but the joining nails are corroded. Also may need advice on water proofing, the bottom level sinks into the ground and possibly getting a lot of moisture coming through.
