General carpentry repairs to East Coast beach house

This house is now 21 years old and in need of some repairs. 1. The fascia board on the front of the house is rotting and requires repair 2. The floor just inside the French doors of the beach facing entrance of the house has rotted as water has leaked under the joinery - a temporary fix has been put in place, but it needs a permanent fix 3. Flashing needs to be installed under the outside of the French doors to prevent water leaking in and rotting the floor 4. The sills around the French doors and sliding window facing the beach need replacement I am happy to pay mileage and provide accomodation at the house.
