Building of new deck for spa pool

We would like to build a new deck to put our spa pool on. Full of water the spa weighs 1000 kg, so it would have to be strong enough to take around 1500kg.
It is around 4x4m square(ish).
Looking for someone, local would be great, that can come out to measure it all up and give us a quote to complete it please.
