Reenforce Hallway Subfloor
Job description
There is a soft spot underfoot in the hallway measuring 30cm x 20cm. It is assessed the cause is through wear and something large dropping on it. The area is covered by carpet. Require someone to review the issue, cut the carpet and reinforce the subfloor. Image below is of a similar issue that occured in the kitchen.
