Job description
Rental property maintenance due to departing tenant. Seeking quotation, work needs to be scheduled at the end of March. Assessment of damage to skirting in garage due to water damage. Removal and replacement of skirting and potentially partial or full gib wall repair and painting required. Assessment of stains on concrete floor, repolish or sanding required. Replacement of small towel ring in main bathroom and installation to wall. Assess rest of house for minor paint and/or repair work. Near new home built in 2018 located in Belmont, Pukekohe.
