Front Pergola with Deck Railings

Hi, I have an existing concrete deck which needs new railings and would like a pergola for weather protection over the front door. ... the area is 3.8 mtrs x 1.8 mtrs as shown in the photo attached. I plan on leaving the wood natural and would need smooth not rough sawn, the third photo is the style of railing preferred (no lacey bits at the top of the posts). In the second photo you can see the exposed concrete slab which I would like covered somehow. If affordable would like to cover the roof of the pergola with roofing iron same as the house and I would like there to be guttering also. Let me know what you think and a quote would be great, thanks
