Facilities Maintenance Contractor

Seeking motivated, practical hands on person to maintain properties and assets in an attractive, safe, and well-maintained condition. Regular / flexi hours would suit ex-builder/trades person who wants regular occupation & income with flexibility; Minimum avg work would 20 - 25 hrs p/wk but could extend if wanted. Key Responsibilities include: - Care, cleanliness, and presentation of buildings and gardens. - General maintenance duties such as basic plumbing and/or spouting work, drains and, changing light tubes/bulbs etc. - Responsible for basic Vehicle Care and grooming requirements including keeping them in a clean & well- maintained condition. - Basic low level building maintenance jobs, garden edging - Garden & Grounds work, trimming of shrubs & basic chainsaw & tree work. Great variety of work with a great team of people. Must be GST registered.
