Pergola with polycarbonate roof

We currently have a shade sail supported by substantial poles and attached to our house. We want to replace this with a pergola with a polycarbonate roof. As the area of the structure is over 40sqm we need a licenced building practitioner to do the work. We are flexible with timeframe but would prefer ASAP.
