Patch rotten floor board; replace external window sill
Job description
Hi Job descriptions below. Needs to liase with the tenant. Repairs done. GST invoice. Place is in Dalmore with good access. Patch job: There is a single, rotten floor board that needs patched. Approximately 30 cm by 50 cm between two joists. There is new carpet in the room so this needs a makeshift patch installed from beneath the house. Access is good with a clean, dry subfloor with about 1 m clearance. Access is through the garage. Sill job: Garage window has the sill missing. It needs replacing, sloped outwards for rain runoff.
