Qualified builders for residential renovations

Looking for qualified building contractors (preferably with LBP) for residential renovations in North East Valley. Builders will be on site post-demolition phase of the job, however will need to have LBP as there are plans that have been consented that need an LBP number for the completion of the job. There will be labourers on site helping with the heavy lifting aspects of the job, and owner will project manage/ be on light duties. Scope of work includes: - Alter internal layout of ground floor internal walls & install new beams as specified in plans. - New bathroom and kitchen layout (kitchen to be installed by kitchen joiner) - New timber deck on piles - New internal stair access to basement level (Stairs to be made off site and installed by external joiner) Owner is a builder, however is unable to work at present, hence the need for qualified contractors. Plans have been added in the photo section of this advertisement. The plans have been consented by the council and so work is all ready to get underway. Demolition is looking to start on the 30th of August, with builders to begin after this phase depending on availability. Ideally, looking to have the project completed by the end of November/ December. Please do get in touch if there are any grey areas or questions with regards to the plans or scope of work. Cheers
