Repair/replace rotten timber inside roof space

I have an old house built in the 1800s with what looks like some rotten timber inside one of the ground floor roof spaces (it's built on a hill). The rot is located below a large window which I'm getting replaced. I'm unsure how much further the rot extends (not an expert) but you can see from the photo there's a significant chunk which appears to have rotted away. I'm looking for someone to replace/treat any rotten timber.
