Arawa St Pergola

I need a pergola built. 2.5 metres wide and between 6-7 metres long. Not sure of height, i.e. 2.4m high? Simple structure, with slats across the top. Could be freestanding if base anchored into heavy pots and concreted in... or post holes may need to be dug(?). The pergola would be sitting on a paved terrace area, so we are not sure which option is best. We will buy and supply all materials; but we would appreciate some skilled expertise and labour from someone who's done this before.
