Deck & Door + Insulate Bedroom
Job description
Job 1: I need a deck built (approx 4.5m x 4.5m - less than 1m off the ground). Looking to extend deck out from current living room - turning windows into french doors/ bi-folds using existing lintel (assuming no consent required). Pine decking will be fine. Job 2: Looking to add wall insulation to a small bedroom, then re-gib and stop internal walls and replace current (small) window with new double-glazed widown Room size is approx 3m x 4.5m (rough estimate).

Mike built a deck, installed french doors, insulated and re-lined a room and built a covered shelter over our back door, plus several other small pieces of work. Mike did an outstanding job - the work was completed to a really high standard, on time, and as per his quotes. We would highly recommend using Michael Scott Building for any renovation work.
