We want a deck attached to the back of our house. It will be approximately 36 sqm, 9mx4m and needs to be built with access to drainage that is on the back of the house (sewer vent pipe, drains from bathroom, toilet and laundry rooms). The height of the deck is less than 1m from the ground. It's basically a rectangular shape and we would like a step or two down from the deck to the ground running along the length of the deck, the side that is 9m long. We also want to be able to retrofit a roof onto the deck in the future, so when this one is being built, we want it to be able to easily have a roof built on in future. There's currently a couple of concrete paths that the deck will need to cover. Unsure if these need to be removed or if it can be built over top of them. Also, there is an existing ramp that will need to be removed. This is on an easy access site and flat section.
