Build a bar within existing cupboard space

We have an existing large cupboard in our lounge area we wish to convert to a cocktail bar space, and require someone to build the joinery to effect this for us. This would also require arranging for an electrician to install a wall socket for the fridges and internal light fittings. The existing cupboard with doors is approx 1320mm in width, extending an additional 770m in width internally. It is approx 1950mm high at the doors extending to a total of 2300mm (to the roof) internally and approx 600mm deep.
