urgent deck for access new home

Build an approx 32M2 deckabutting newly delivered container home. The site is level; max deck height above ground about 1M. Need pergola over appox 1/3rd of deck and a couple of sloping exits. Building will be delivered end August and the builder who has planning to add the decking now can't. Need the deck built and completed ideally by beginning last week in September. All CCC consents are in place.
