Remove concrete steps/deck & replace with wood ones

Remove metal railing & 2 concrete steps & tiny deck (deck is W/L/H 1340cm / 1960cm/ 450cm from ground level onky) not sure if solid or hollow. Then need to be replaced with a deck & steps made from recycled composite or wood - same size or slightly bigger. Not sure on what would be best as this side of the unit gets most the sun & weather. Giant hebe bush in the photos will be removed prior to this job commencing.
