Approximate size of new conservatory is 18 square metres to replace existing DIY built over a 7 sqm deck. A building permit most likely required unless a creative design or stand alone structure can evoke an exemption. The house is north facing and the conservatory/deck is situated on the east side of the house. Owner will remove the existing conservatory and deck when the project/contract is agreed on.
