Floor hatch, shower dismantled and adding joists
Job description
A access hatch/trap door needs to be put in the floor of a wardrobe for underfloor access. A shower needs to be dismantled and the woodwork behind checked and possibly replaced due to water damage and additional joists put in to support grab rails. Area made good for installation of a new shower. All rubbish removed

Fabulous job & great diplomacy. Mark & his team managed to get the work done in a very timely manner despite a DIFFICULT tenant. On finding a rotten floor due to a leaking shower, all fixed with no fuss & I received update phone calls throughout the job as I couldn't be onsite. I'm very pleased with the work done.
