Replacement deck

We are looking at replacing this deck. It is approx 4m x 3.5m. We would like to replace the concrete steps with wooden ones built into the deck. Also would like seating placed in one corner (right side of 1st photo and 2nd photo) which would be around 2.5 metres. We are unsure if the joists underneath the deck needs replacing. At this stage we would like a quote and more than welcome to contact me to view.
