10.2 x 3.3 meter Decking of Single Storey House.

This a new single storey resident house on flat ground with direct access from the road. The lounge has a 4.8 meter sliding door. Outside this sliding door is to build a Deck of length 10.2 meters x wide 3.3 meters. The height of deck to level with the sliding door and lounge. (approximate height of deck 20 cm). Flexible time frame mid February and March 2021. No step or rail are required as height will be less than 20 cm. Please submit detailed proposal on ground preparation, water proofing, moisture membrane, foundation, materials, fixtures used, no of days to complete the job etc. Thanks.
