Deck and fence
Job description
We'd like a detached ground-level deck built in an area of our garden that gets the last of the sun. The overall size is 4.5m wide by 2.5m deep. As the deck is on the boundary we'd like the back of the deck to also be the fence using the same decking to make the fence. The fence then would be 4.5m wide by 1.8m high in the same materials. We'd like the same wood as our main deck which is 140mm kwila. We have power running out to the area for lighting both on the fence and around the edge of the deck. We have an electrician we work with but also happy to use yours if you have one. Looking to get built within a few weeks as we'd like to make the most of summer!

Hamish did a really professional job and we're delighted with the outcome. It took slightly longer than originally anticipated but I think a large part of that was due to Hamish's attention to detail and determination to produce such a great job. Communication was good and we were never left wondering about progress or what was going to happen next. We'd certainly work with Hamish again and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
