Doors need adjusting
Easing for windows/Window frames out of square
Leak on kitchen taps
Toilet cistern needs replacing
Doors in front room dont open or close properly
Gaps in walls and around trims
Damaged draft in ceiling above bedroom 3 with notches present in the rafters - laminate additional timbers directly beside affected timbers
Window in laundry needs to be replaced
Outside of house needs to have some timber replacements and painting required
