After a building inspection report revealed some dampness issues, some further investigation of underlying dampness is required and costs for fixing worn or unacceptable fittings, specifically: guttering fall and any overflow damage caused roof leak Seals in bathroom need repair extractor venting into roof space Dampness in bedrooms Gas bottle in the kitchen should be in a sealed cupboard with vent to outside Meterbox condition will let in water. These need quotes to remedy. I have only 3 working days left to get these seen to. The quotes for the bank may result in the work to repair them.
