Front door repair

A new slide security bolt needs to be installed on the bottom of the front door. The existing slide bolt has fallen off after a number of repairs to keep it there. The last looks to have been with some kind of putty. I believe the wood panel of the door may need to replaced, but I am not sure. It might just need a new slide security bolt installed within the wooden panel. I am hoping to get the door fixed in the next couple of weeks and would prefer if all equipment was supplied/purchased.
