Replacing swollen MDF window sills
Job description
replace multiple MDF window sills which are swollen with sealed and painted treated pine. Windows have old aluminium joinery. Just bought the house as rental. Settlement is 3rd September and the work needs to be done between the 3rd and 12th. Will send detailed photos and number of sills after settlement but likely to be between 3-6 window sills.

Scott replaced about 10 MDF window sills with treated pine and organised painting, he replaced some rotten weatherboards and a few other miscellaneous jobs. He was very cost effective and efficient, he met our desired timeframe which was fairly demanding. He went over and above with the work he did and stayed within the quoted amount. The finish on the work was great and he was constantly communicating. I recommend Scott for any building work or property maintenance that you need doing.
