Partial kitchen floor replacement

A couple of years ago,had my bathroom,laundry floor replaced due to a serious leak behind the shower. Just recently removed the floor cupboards in a small part of the kitchen and found that approximately less than half a square metre of floorboard has rotted from the same leak but was missed due to being covered with cupboards. The floor is not wet or damp at all. I work 6.30 am till 5.30 pm,unable to get time off but can arrange entry with contractor.
