Job description
We require 3 decks to be built. All 150mm above existing concrete slab. Garapa Decking 140x19 with S/S screws. (all timber and hardware to be supplied by contractor) Deck 1: 4580mmx3200mm (between walls) front edge only exposed Deck 2: 3300mmx1600mm (Kitchen Step) 3 edges exposed Deck 3: 1000mmx800mm (bedroom Step) 3 edges exposed Given low deck height we will require underside to be coated prior to installation.
