Veranda for 1900's villa

Build a veranda in the style suitable for a turn of 19th century villa. New wood rather than recycled boards. The veranda is just over 10m long and the width is about 1.5m. As can be seen in the picture, the bricks will need to be lifted but the veranda would be about another 10cm? higher. Would like the existing posts to meet veranda. Please only offer to quote if you normally service the Wairarapa. I have had a cowboy trader quote twice normal price after failing to show up since he needed accommodation etc!
