window rotten timber replacement

As detailed in the photographs I would like the rotten timber replaced and the two bottom window hinges. The rotten timber is in the bottom right hand corner of the frame, the rotten bit of both the vertical & horizontal timber extends out from the right hand corner to the blue chalk lines.
