We have a reasonably large deck that's on top of the roof of the first floor of our house. The deck is covered with a butenyl-type material that needs maintenance (the bolts underneath are beginning to bulge through; parts are peeling up at the joins etc). After a quote and ideas on how to repair. Please see attached photos.
