New Deck

Hi, Check the picture attached that shows the drawing of the existing backyard with dimensions for the Deck area. I would like to go with std. Pine treated timber as material for the Deck. The yellow-shaded area will have the decking to be installed. We need a ground-level decking so that it is at the house level & building consent is not required. The hatched (black tilted lines drawn) area shown in the pic. is the concrete flooring we already have in the backyard. Thus the decking area has partial grass and partial concrete on the ground. Ready to start the work asap. I live in Greenlane. Feel free to book a time if you need to visit my backyard, since you have the dimensions already, kindly message me a ballpark figure at least when you are booking the visit or registering interest so the we save the time if your ball park is not in my budget.
