Build a deck, knock down a wall, build some retaining walls and stairs

We require a reliable experienced builder with attention to detail. We have an inground spa (2m x 3m) surrounded by tiles that needs to covered in a manner that is solid enough to hold furniture but still leaves the spa available for use if we ever sell the house - so the cover can not be permanent. We also need a white plaster wall knocked down that splits our back yard in half (was previously required as pool fencing but is no longer needed) and stairs built in its place. the problem is, the ground level is different on each side of the fence. On one side of the wall is tiles, the other side has grass. We anticipate putting an outdoor oven next to where the spa is now so that area will likely need to be concreted. finally, the spa has an inbuilt fountain so a seat of some kinf needs to be designed to fit over the fountain (thats the blue wall by the spa in the photos)
