Bathroom sliding door needs fixing (ESSENTIAL JOB)
Job description
Our tenant has informed us that the wooden sliding door to the bathroom has seemed to drop off the running track from the top (it hasn’t just come off the tracks, the bolts at the top have loosened and it’s dropped lower so it’s sitting on the floor and unable to slide). They’ve tried lifting it off the floor, slide it but it comes off the tracks and they're worried that it’ll break as it gets caught etc. They suspect that the bolts holding it up probably weren’t tightened enough to hold it up after the recent carpet installation. Due to this they haven't been able to move the door and have to leave it open while using the bathroom and showering etc. As there's only one bathroom in the rental, tenants are finding the lack of privacy challenging and we hope this can be fixed during level 4.

Got this fixed during lockdown last year, owner did the work and followed Covid health guidelines.
