Sub floor query

Job description

Floor Board Repair
Auckland

Hi there, we purchased our house at the start of the year and one thing I've noticed since is that they had put floor insulation but not ceiling insulation in. Having now had some plumbing work where they removed some of the insulation, I can see the subfloor has a lot of borer (house was built in 1933) and looks damp and brittle. I've noticed loads of squeaks, uneven floorboards and a couple of patches where the floorboards are damaged (all carpeted). At what point would we need to replace the subfloor? Would this be very expensive for a 100 square metre house? Sorry that I'm not sure if this will be a job yet (lockdown) - just looking for some early advice if possible.
