The back hall beyond the carpark has approx 6-8 sqm of timber floor that has collapsed. The hall is approx 100 years old and the floor foundations need to be replaced. Work would include - Maybe some guidance on run off water which may be effecting the pile foundations against the concrete. New boundary pile foundations to support outside wall. New bottom plate on outside wall. Possibly some wall stud work. New floor joists and framing. New floor lining - plywood Refitting existing skirtings and fascias.
