Precision trim of timber bench top

This is a very small job we need - but something we need precisely done! Will suit someone local - we are in Ellerslie. We have a total of 6m of timber bench top that needs to be trimmed to make it 10mm less wide. The bench top is brand new timber, and has just been installed onto the cabinets. The timber bench top is 30mm thick. We require a skilled cut in a straight line. This won't take long, but we are happy to pay perhaps a couple of hours work to someone skilled who can do this cut nicely. Also - we would like this done ASAP.
