Small wood work jobs around house

I have three small jobs I need done: 1. Replace some rotten wood in the soffit/eave as pictured 2. Replace / repair some holes (x3) in the base boards at the bottom exterior of our house (see pics) 3. In the space behind our unused dishwasher, put up thin wooden sheets to the inside of the current space (back and two sides) to block any holes and make the area look more pleasant to the eye. The tubes/cords from the dishwasher (pictured) can be removed completely.
