Replace and/or repair 3 rotten doorsteps
Job description
3 doorsteps have suffered water damage so have rotted out over time. One needs completely replacing (door associated with first photo is being replaced seperately) and the other two doorsteps can probably be sanded and bogged to be fixed. The bottom of one door and doorframe (see third photo) will also need fixing (likely sanding and bogging) to remove rotted wood. No need to paint as that is being done seperately. Job must be completed by no later than 7 May.

Excellent work ethic. Punctual, polite, friendly and went out of their way to help me with lots of other jobs I kept finding once they were here. Easy to deal with and had a can do attitude - nothing was too much trouble. I found them to be hard working and left the place tidy when they left each day. Highly recommend.
