I'd like the old existing balcony removed (already partially removed) and a new balcony built in its place. I have plans drawn up by a draughtsman and structural engineer. They are currently pending council consent. In the meantime, I'd like a quote to carry out this job. Thank you.

Alan and his team did a fantastic job of building our balcony. The workmanship, price, schedule and communication we're excellent. I'd definitely hire him again for any building work I may have.
